From the South M6 - M62

From the M62 turn onto the M57, signposted Southport/Bootle. Proceed on to the end of the M57 motorway (Junction 7) and then turn left onto A5036 (Dunnings Bridge Road). Keep on the A5036 until you reach the Seaforth Container base (about 2 miles). Before you go under the flyover, turn left onto the A565 towards Liverpool City Centre. Carry on along this road for about two miles. You will pass Bootle Fire Station on your left, Sandhills Lane, the A5055, is a little further along on your left. Turn left, go under the railway bridge and McBurney Refrigeration is on your right.

From the North M6 - M58

Turn off the M6 at junction 26, M58, and proceed to the end of the M58. At the end of the M58 follow the instructions above along the A5036.

From the Wirral

Use either the Kingsway or Queensway Tunnel, and turn left onto the A59, signposted Southport. Bear left onto A562 (Stanley Road) and, at the second main lights, Lambeth Road turn left down to the next lights. McBurneys can be seen on your half left, across Commercial Road in Sandhills Lane.

From South Liverpool

From the Albert Dock, go past the Liver Building on the left. Proceed along the A565 for about 1.5 miles, Sandhills Lane is on the right
